VIJAYAWADA: World under-8 champion and top seed Ch. Mohineesh of Vizag defeated Ch. Siddhartha Bhaskar in the second round of the State under-11 chess tournament for boys and girls held at Vasavi Kalyanamandam at Tadepalligudam on Saturday.
