Girl charred to death

CHENNAI: The charred body of a 14-year-old girl was found in a hut at Kottur on Saturday night. Fire and rescue services personnel said Devi of Perumal Koil Street died in a fire. Two fire tenders were sent to the spot after they received the call at 10 p.m. The cause of the fire is not known yet.
