BANGALORE: The President has appointed the former High Court Judge A.C. Kabbin and advocate T.N. Manjula Devi as judicial members of the Karnataka Administrative Tribunal (KAT). Mr. Kabbin and Ms. Devi assumed office on Monday. — Staff Reporter
