PD Act used against two

Kakinada: Two persons -- Allam Srinivasa Rao and Matta Manoharbabu -- were sent to Rajahmundry central jail under the Prevention of Dangerous Activities Act, 1986, following their failure to give up criminal acts despite being mired in as many as 32 cases put together, including two murder cases each. They can be confined to jail for a maximum period of two years provided the grounds on which they were nabbed, are found to be satisfactory, according to Superintendent of Police Y Nagi Reddy.
