Accused surrenders

KOCHI: Saifudeen Alikkannu, second accused in the case of cheating Non-Resident Keralite Sarafin Edwin, surrendered before Crime Branch DySP D. Rajan here on Thursday. The city police had registered a case against Santhosh Madhavan for cheating Ms. Edwin of money. He was arrested on other charges. Since then Alikkannu was absconding.
