Bharti Airtel slashes local call tariffs

NEW DELHI: Leading mobile operator Bharti Airtel on Friday reduced the local call tariff to any network at 50 paise per minute in the Delhi Circle (that includes neighbouring townships of Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and Gurgaon) for its pre-paid customers on a recharge coupon of Rs.49. “The Rs.49 recharge voucher offers the best value for money option to our pre-paid customers, including lifetime prepaid customers. Available on Easycharge only, the voucher comes with a validity of 30 days from the date of recharge and is available for both lifetime and non-lifetime customers,” said Bharti Airtel CEO (Mobile Services, Delhi Circle) Shashi Arora.
