CHENNAI: The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has sanctioned Rs. 472.15 crore in loan to Tamil Nadu under the Rural Infrastructure Development Fund XIV. According to a bank release, the project sanctioning committee for RIDF, at a meeting held in New Delhi on July 3 , indicated that the loan would be given for building additional classrooms, libraries, computer rooms, laboratories and toilet blocks in government high schools and higher secondary schools.
