Counselling

The South India Cell for Human Rights Education and Monitoring (SICHREM) will provide free human rights counselling and legal advice for victims of human rights violations. It will be held at 1/F, Anjanappa Complex, 35, Hennur Main Road, Lingarajapuram between 3.30 p.m. and 5.30 from Monday to Friday.
