Tips on preventing diarrhoea

It is important to keep the surroundings hygienic and drink boiled water to avoid epidemics that become common place in rainy season, said M.V. Rao, chairman of Vijaya Hospitals.

Delivering a talk on ‘Precautions to prevent diarrhoea’ organised by the Rotary Club of Vijayawada Central at Jana Shikshan Sansthan (JSS), Mr. Rao warned that diarrhoea, if neglected, could prove to be fatal. He said people should also avoid eating stale food. JSS Director N. Vidya Kanna, club president B. Suryanarayana Kumar and secretary Ch. Madhubabu were present.
