Ghanaian arrested

BANGALORE: The police on Wednesday arrested a Ghanaian national for allegedly cheating people by sending emails promising to give a share in the property of a person who had died intestate.

The accused John K. Brown was arrested while he landed at Bengaluru International Airport from New Delhi on Tuesday night.

Brown had allegedly cheated Murali Krishna, a doctor in Chandra Layout, of Rs. 6.5 lakh.
