Allied buys major stake in U.S. firm

MUMBAI: Allied Digital Services Ltd., a leading Indian enterprise IT infrastructure management services provider, has acquired 80.5 per cent stake in EnPointe Global Services, a subsidiary of EnPointe Technologies, a Nasdaq-listed company. The deal is valued at $30 million, according to Nitin Shah, Chairman and Managing Director.
