FAPS beats St. John’s

BANGALORE: Frank Anthony Public School beat St. John’s Boys High School 1-0 in the Centenary Shield inter-school hockey tournament for seniors at the KSHA Stadium here on Friday.

The winning goal was scored by Ivor Drooge.

In the Father Eric Vaz memorial tournament for juniors, host St. Joseph’s Boys High School blanked Dream-A-Dream 7-0.

Abhay, Akshay, P.N. Abhishek (twice), Karthik (twice) and Trishul Chinappa scored.
