Nod for fund sanction

Vijayawada MP Lagadapati Rajagopal has stated that Railway Minister Lalu Prasad had agreed to sanction funds for the electrification of Vijayawada-Gudivada-Machilipatnam railway line. The project would cost Rs. 120 crores. The Minister had agreed to sanction funds for electrification of other railway lines, including Gudivada-Bhimavaram-Narsapur, and Bhimavaram-Nidadavolu.
