Dibrugarh: The ULFA cadres of ‘A’ and ‘C’ companies of 28 Battalion, who had declared unilateral ceasefire for holding peace talks, have started taking shelter in a designated camp in Assam’s Tinsukia district. Commander of the two companies Jiten Dutta said a designated camp has been set up at the Sadiya Jail and so far, 110 cadres had taken shelter there since Friday. — PTI © Copyright 2000 - 2009 The Hindu |
