NEW DELHI: Emphasising the importance of the civilian nuclear deal for the country, Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president J. P. Agarwal has called upon Congress workers to launch an awareness campaign on the issue. Mr. Agarwal, who was the chief guest at a meeting in Janakpuri here over the weekend, said the nuclear deal was the need of the hour.
