Tiwari loses

NEW DELHI: The seventh-seeded Palash Tiwari went down 2-6, 3-6 to top seed Pavel Liska of the Czech Republic in the final of the ITF junior grade ‘IV’ tennis tournament in Damascus.

He had beaten the second-seeded Alfredo Desiati of Italy 6-2, 7-6(3) in the semifinals.
