ICC has no jurisdiction in Sudan: al-Bashir

KHARTOUM: Sudan’s President Omar Hassan al-Bashir, accused by the International Criminal Court of genocide and war crimes, said on Monday the ICC had no jurisdiction in Sudan and that its charges were lies.
