KARAIKAL: Joseph Regis Kalingarayer was installed president of the Rotary Club of Karaikal for 2008-09 here recently. N. Govindarajan, Rotary District Governor Elect and S. Mathivanan, Assistant Governor, addressed the function. N. Vasudevan and R.M. Bairavan were also installed secretary and treasurer respectively.
