HCL Tech. to acquire U.K.-based BPO firm

NEW DELHI: HCL Technologies on Wednesday said it had inked an agreement to acquire U.K.-based BPO provider Liberata Financial Services for an undisclosed sum. As part of the transaction, HCL would acquire four delivery centres in the U.K. with 800 professionals.
