Baldwin Boys in final

BANGALORE: Baldwin Boys High School coasted into the final of the Father Eric Vaz memorial inter-school hockey tournament for juniors with a facile 6-0 win over Frank Anthony Public School at the Karnataka State hockey association Stadium here on Thursday.

Kanju Jam was again in the limelight with a treble (28th, 46th & 55th). Kannet (50th and 53rd) struck a double and Saif Warsi (4th) opened the account for Baldwins.

In the Centenary Shield tournament for seniors, Bishop Cottons beat Sarla Birla Academy 3-0 in the first semifinal. Abhishek Kumar (3rd), Akhil Muthanna (36th) and Y. Shivsanketh (47th) crafted the win for Bishop Cottons.
