TIRUCHI: A branch of the Civic Exnora was inaugurated at the Tiruchi Airport and the Airport Employees Colony in the City on Thursday. The Exnora was inaugurated in the presence of the General Manager of the Airports Authority of India (Projects) P.S.R.K. Sudhakar and the Airport Director S. Sreekumar. Speaking on the occasion, the officials emphasised the need for maintaining cleanliness in the airport campus and initiating measures to protect the environment. The Civic Exnora would undertake door-to-door collection of garbage, with source segregation of bio degradable and non-degradable wastes. About 65 pairs of waste baskets were distributed to the houses of the airport employees. P. Mohan of the District Youth Exnora, A.R.
