Universal Construction Machinery to expand

CHENNAI: The Pune-based Universal Construction Machinery and Equipment , is planning to expand its activities by setting up new units in North India and Rajasthan at an outlay of Rs. 230 crore in four phases. The company is mulling an initial public offer of around Rs. 100 crore. It has signed up with Sagarika Ghatge as brand ambassador. — Corporate Reporter
