BANGALORE: The Minister for Information, Excise, IT and BT, Katta Subramanya Naidu, condoled the death of M.P. Shankar. In a message, Mr. Naidu said: “M.P. Shankar was an environmentalist and had love towards nature, and he had attempted to bring it on celluloid.” Minister for Medical Education Ramachandra Gowda said that Mr. Shankar had had a special love for the forest and animals. — Staff Reporter
