The Dalmiya panel: President: Jagmohan Dalmiya; Vice-presidents: Samar Kar, Shibaji Dutta, Shiv Kumar Kalyani and Subhasish Sarkar; Joint secretaries: Arun Mitra and Biswarup Dey; Treasurer: Bablu Ganguly. The Mukherjee panel: President: Prasun Mukherjee; Vice-presidents: Indranath Dey, Arijit Roy, Subhasish Sarkar and Prodyut Bose; Joint secretaries: Samar Paul and Amitava Banerjee; Treasurer: Tushar Sarkar.
