Cases of public beating up beggars, mentally unsound persons are on the rise. They are being beaten up on the suspicion that they are child lifters. Gajuwaka CI Ravi Varma appealed to the public not to cause bodily harm to them but inform the police. He warned that those causing injuries to innocent people.
