Bank celebrates centenary

Kakinada: The Bank of Baroda (BoB) organised its centenary celebrations at its Kakinada branch on Saturday. Former Union Minister S.B.P.B.K. Satyanarayana Rao participated as chief guest. He expressed confidence that BoB would reach greater heights in the future by delivering the best services to its clients.

Kakinada branch chief manager T.B. Chakravarthi said the branch’s annual turnover reached Rs. 140 crores and it was poised to better its performance in the years ahead.

Some new schemes targeted at different sections of society were in the pipeline, he added.
