CHENNAI: The Tamil Nadu Dr Ambedkar Law University has decided to introduce a three-year B.L. (Hons) degree course for science, medical and engineering graduates during the second week of August. Talking to journalists here on Friday, University Vice-Chancellor S. Sachidhanandam said “this is an era of integrated and inter-disciplinary knowledge and hence we have decided to integrate the medico, technological aspects with that of other counterpart disciplines. To start with, we will have bio-oriented and maths/engineering subjects. We will enrol 40 students.” According to him, the applications for these courses will be received till July 31 and it will be processed on August 1. Science and engineering graduates, who have secured more than 70 per cent marks, are entitled to enrol themselves for the above courses.
