Jolt to SP: Shahid Siddiqui, who quit the Samajwadi Party, with Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati in New Delhi on Saturday. Mr. Siddiqui, who was general secretary of the party, told journalists that he was heeding his conscience and would oppose the India-U.S. nuclear deal to the hilt.
