CHENNAI: Desiya Murpokku Dravida Kazhagam (DMDK) leader Vijaykanth on Sunday wanted to know if the rights of the Tamil fishermen over Katchatheevu were taken away in 1976 what the Chief Minister was doing all these years. Reacting to Chief Minister M.
