Lamps stolen

SALEM: A few unidentified persons stole four lamps worth Rs. 1 lakh from the Salem Airport here on Sunday night. Police said the persons had managed to gain entry into the guarded area of the airport and stole the lamps, which were installed while creating night-landing facility.
