Sejwal impresses

Bangalore: Sandeep Sejwal, who is currently training at the Pine Crest School in Ft. Lauderdale (Florida), won a silver and a bronze at the Speedo Championship Series swimming championship held at Fort Lauderdale from July 17 to 20.

The Beijing-bound Sejwal finished second in the 100m breaststroke with a time of 1:04.04s and took the third place in the 200m breaststroke, clocking 2:18.98s. It was Sejwal’s last preparatory meet in the lead up to the Olympic Games.
