Regularisation of structures

VIZIANAGARAM: The last date for receiving applications for regularization of illegal structures, as per GO No166, raised on government lands in municipalities, nagar panchayats and notified gram panchayats before December 12, 2003, is August 31. Application forms are available with Collector, RDO and Tehsildar offices.

Collector B. Kishore in a press release said that the buildings would be regularized after collecting market value.

However, BPL families would be exempted if the area is below 80 square yards and they would be issued pattas.
