New number for reservation enquiries

CHENNAI: To standardise the National Enquiry System Phone No.139, recently introduced by Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), the “131’ call centre service for railway related enquiries has been withdrawn.

Passengers are requested to contact 139 for all reservation-related enquiries, according to an official press release.
