ONGC wins legal battle in Australia

NEW DELHI: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation has won a legal battle in Australia entitling it to claim

Rs. 100 crore as performance bank guarantee from Clough Engineering with which the PSU had a commercial dispute over unfinished development of deep sea blocs in the Krishna-Godavari basin.
