KOZHIKODE: The Malabar Devaswom Staff Union has submitted a memorandum to Devaswom Minister G. Sudhakaran demanding the setting up of the Malabar Devaswom Board. The union also wanted the festival allowance paid to employees hiked to Rs.300. The amount must be disbursed before the Onam festival, they said. A hike in salary of temple employees in Malabar and other demands were also brought to the attention of the Minister. Malabar Devaswom Staff Union president T.V.
