Glowing tributes to freedom fighter

NEW DELHI: The Leader of Opposition in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Jai Kishan Sharma, paid glowing tributes to renowned freedom fighter Ram Charan Agarwal on his 31st death anniversary on Friday.

He offered flowers at the statue of the late leader near Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg.
