‘Criminal’ arrested

NEW DELHI: A 29-year-old man has been arrested by the Special Cell of the Delhi police for alleged involvement in eight cases of attempt to murder, auto-theft and attack on a police team. Acting on a tip-off, the police laid a trap near Old Fort on Thursday evening and arrested Sartaj when he came to meet his accomplice. A .315 bore country-made pistol and two live cartridges were allegedly seized from him.
