Court: file rape charges against Dera chief

Ambala: A special CBI court on Saturday ordered that rape charges be framed against Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh. He is facing charges of raping a female disciple in 1999 at the Dera headquarters.
