High alert sounded

Commissioner of Police N. Sambasiva Rao on Saturday sounded red alert for the second consecutive day after serial blasts in Ahmedabad. Thorough frisking was carried out on vehicle-users. At various points, checking posts were set up. This would continue for sometime, a police official said.
