HYDERABAD: The increase in market values of properties for registration purpose in 144 towns and cities across the State, will range from 5 to 30 per cent. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy cleared the proposal made by the Registration & Stamps Department while reviewing the performance of revenue-earning departments such as Commercial Taxes, Excise and Transport. The new rates will come into effect from August 1. B.
