Inter-school volleyball from today

BANGALORE: The 24th edition of the State-level inter-school volleyball tournament for High School (under-17) and Primary School (under-14) will be conducted by Spikers Youth SC at the Corporation grounds, Jayanagar from August 1 to 3. As many as 190 schools are participating in the three-day tournament. The tournament will be played on a league and super league basis.

In the High School boys section which has attracted 82 entries, the tournament will be held on a league, round-robin and super league basis.

R. Ashok, Minister for Transport, Government of Karnataka will inaugurate the tournament on Friday. — Special Correspondent
