Thiruvananthapuram: The inaugural of the State-level distribution of soil health card and the opening of the soil and plant health clinic at Kasaragod on August 4 has been postponed. The latter will be done at the Kasaragod civil station on August 18 and the former at Higher Secondary School grounds in Madikkai in the same evening.
