KOLLAM: Additional Commissioner of Income Tax, Kollam, N. Raghavan has been promoted and posted as Commissioner of Income Tax at Kottayam. The districts of Alappuzha and Kottayam and the area under the Joint Commissioner of Income Tax, Thiruvalla, will come under his jurisdiction.
