Syndicate Bank gets new CMD

Thiruvananthapuram: George Joseph took over as Chairman and Managing Director of Syndicate Bank on August 2. He has been functioning as the Executive Director of Syndicate Bank since April 2006. Before joining Syndicate Bank he was with Canara Bank, which he served for over 36 years. He has all-round exposure in banking particularly in credit, inspection and administration. — Special Correspondent
