GIC Housing Finance profit at Rs. 16 crore

CHENNAI: GIC Housing Finance has posted an operating income of Rs. 73.04 crores for the quarter ended 30th June 2008, against Rs. 61.08 crore in the corresponding period in the previous year, a growth of 20 per cent. The profit after tax has improved by 19 per cent to Rs. 16.01 crore from Rs. 13.51 crore. — Corporate Reporter
