* * The third paragraph of a report “High Court rejects Niketa’s plea to terminate pregnancy” (August 5, 2008) was “A Bench consisting of Justices Khandeparkar and Ahmed Sayyad said there was ‘no categorical opinion’ from medical experts that ‘if the child were born ..., it would be seriously handicapped.’” It should have been Justice Amjad Sayed. * * The fourth paragraph in a report “Congress set to launch revitalisation programme” (Tamil Nadu, August 5, 2008) was “Apart from the party’s policies, the speakers would make people aware of the welfare measures initiated by the United Progressive Government led by the Congress and funds provided by the Centre in implementing them.” It should have been the United Progressive Alliance Government.
