Tata Indicom’s prepaid store in Cumbum

THENI: Tata Indicom has set up its prepaid store - Tata Indicom Ulagam - at Cumbum. It would be a touch point for consumers as all prepaid products and services will be available. With this, Tata Indicom has 250 branded stores in the state.

Launching the store here recently, the company’s Circle Operating Officer, Sangeet Nigam, said that the store was aimed at creating a one-stop solution for all customer needs such as telephony, accessories, handsets, recharge vouchers, add on packs or customer service. “We plan to open 68 more prepaid in the state by 2009,” he added.

The store would function as better-quality customer interface points by providing personalised service.

Tata Tele-services, one of the leading private telecom service providers in the country, operates in more than 5,400 towns across 19 circles, including Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, New Delhi, Maharashtra, Mumbai, Tamil Nadu, Orissa, Bihar, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh (E), Uttar Pradesh (W), Kolkata, Kerala and Madhya Pradesh.
