CBaySystems completes MedQuist acquisition

CHENNAI: CBaySystems Holdings, a holding company for a portfolio of businesses, including CBay Systems & Services of the U.S, CBay Systems (India) and Mirrus Systems, has completed the acquisition of 69.5 per cent of ownership interest in MedQuist from Koninklijke Philips Electronics of the Netherlands for a total consideration of $287 million. — Corporate Reporter
