Bravery awards

KOZHIKODE: The District Child Welfare Committee has invited applications from children for the award for acts of bravery.

V. Sunderan, secretary of the committee, has said that children in the 6-10 age group who are involved in activities against social evils and those responsible for saving the lives of others can apply. The incident should have taken place between July 1, 2007 and July 1, 2008.
