THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Hamnet Coconut Valley, the new housing venture of Hamnet Builders and Developers Private Limited, was launched here recently. The Hamnet logo was launched by Forest and Housing Minister Binoy Vishwam. Water Resources Minister N.K. Premachandran released the logo of the project Coconut Valley while the first allotment was done by KTDC Chairman Cherian Philip. Hamnet Chairman C.H. Noushad, Managing Director Basheer Babu and Director Amir Babu also attended the function. The project, which aims to provide luxury villas with the most innovative and royal life style, is being coordinated by a couple of experienced young professionals. The independent villas are located at Kulasekharam, near Vattiyoorkavu, which is just 5 km from the city.
